I'm sleeping in an empty bed
The thought of you runs through my head
Thinking of that vital day

You give so much with little to keep
You are so precious like a jewel
You know just how to have a ball
You touched our hearts and now you leave
You made us laugh and now we grieve
You didnt want to make us sad
Make us go completely mad
But one thing that we know is true
That one thing is to do with you
That you will stay forever with us

I was petrified
Thinking whether you could ever love me
I was stuck in a universe that had no light
No way out and stuck in darkness
No way of seeing wrong from right
Nothing real and just illusions
My life was just one repeated pattern
Day in and day out
Loving one person for the wrong reasons
Who would never treat me right
Or look after me the way that i need
Thats why when i first saw you
I came out of my trapped universe
I saw the light at the very edge of my darkened sky
I ran to you to save me from this despair
To save me from my illusions
To see the real side of life
And the way i should love someone
Thats why when i ran to you
It was cause i knew that my life
My only life
Would be together with the one that i love
Love for the rest of my life
