For over the past one or two Months there are stories in news that the investors, Greater NOIDA Authority & real estate Developers are going through a tough phase currently.
To an extent the order of honorable Supreme Court and Allahabad High Court have made a far more impact on the Destination Hub (Greater Noida).
The current crisis has affected the buyers as they have become extra cautious, but still Noida offers better infrastructural facilities than other NCR cities adjoining Delhi.
The best policy is to wait and watch as the verdict on other farmer petitions is expected on 17th Aug, 2011 By the Allahabad High Court.

June, 2011: When buying a house, one of the foremost factors is its price and affordability according to the individual’s budget. But sometimes cheaper houses may turn costlier if cost of living is not taken into account.
Buying a house is a long term investment and is a fulfillment of a major desire. But while calculating price of a property, one must also consider the cost of living before investing.
