When I opened the note, I found a few directions on the first page.
“Welcome to bring Hell Note into play. Please read the instruction to make sure that you can use it correctly.”
“1.The human whose name is written on this note shall suffer either physically or mentally.
2. This note will not take effect unless the user has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore，people sharing the same name will not be affected.” What an incredible thing! You could control other’s pain by using a notebook! I went on reading:
“3. If the tenderness is written within 1 minute of writing the person's name, it will happen.” That meant I had 1 minute to regret after writing the name. Maybe I erased the name to avoid suffering.
“4. If the tenderness is not specified, the person will simply die of a random incidence.”
Die! This meant it very easy to kill someone without any plan of murder! I quickly closed it, being too astonished to continue reading it.
