~ Chatting ~

I looked out at the coming dawn,
And thought, "Oh, no, another morn
When I could use a lot more sleep."
So to my bed did softly creep.

It really was my fault. You see,
I'd spent the night on my pc.
It is the time I chat to friends,
A time I wish would never end.

We laugh, we tease, we tell of aches,
And pass on all the love it takes
To make that 'Buddy' smile again.
Discussing life, and love, and pain.

It isn't hard to make one smile,
For Love is dominant all the while.
We live some thousands of miles apart,
We've never met, yet, in our heart

We know our friendships are so true,
And to each other turn, when 'blue'.
We know the sorrows, and the joys,
We know each other's girls and boys.

Such understanding is quite rare,
For we all know, and we all care
About our families, lives, and love,
And recognize it's from above

These blessings come. Abundantly,
And passed to you, and her, and me.
