Rosalee was born May 3, 1954. Her parent's names are George Lee and Rosella Fugate Moore. She was born and raised in Jackson, Kentucky. She has two brothers, Richard, nickname Ricky, who lives in Jackson, and Ova who lives in Florida, two sisters, Judy who lives in Jackson, and Mary Jane who lives in Somerset, Kentucky. She also has two sisters, Margaret Helen and Dorothy Mae who went to be with the Lord at a very early age.
