Howdy again! We survived The Great Geauga County Fair!
Today is September 13th 2007, and once again I am using crutches to get around. I had to have surgery on my left foot again. This time he took the screws out, and had to redue the union on my big toe as it did not fuse the first time. Hopefully there was no permanent damage done to 2nd and 3rd toes from the lack of support of the big toe! This time he put a cast on foot from the get go, andno screws, this time there are 3 wires keeping toes alligned. and they stick out of my foot. It sorta creeps me out, cause foot is swollen and it puts pressure on wire and i can feel exactly where it is in my foot!
Doc Mike at first said it would be another 6 weeks, after surgery last evening, he said he would take them wires out in about 8 weeks!
Gonna be a long year!

Hi, day 2 of just laying in bed with foot elevated: I'm so bored! I have checked my email about a thousand times! My hips are killing me from just being still. September is never gonna end!
