Unripe papaya fruits can be cooked into curry and can also be made into salad.
Besides remedy for dengue fever, the leaves can also be used to tender the meat / mutton by boiling them together before cooking
Juices extracted from the roots of the papaya trees can be used to remove worms in domesticated animals like cattle, goats and horses. Save the Vet. costs :):)

how would we do this, any papaya leaves will do to tenderize meats?

      :)

I suppose so .. personally I have not tried it .. but according to our friend it should work .. I would suggest, clean a suitable amount of leaves, remove the thick veins n only cut the leaves broadly (don't cut into small pieces ..) then boil these leaves together with the meat .. once tender, remove the leaves n continue cooking the meat into whatever dish U intend to do .. just have to try it .. ( I suppose we do this if we know the meat is tough n require this preparation before cooking it proper ..) .. happy trying .. n the info. on remedy for dengue fever is a valuable one .. :)
