Another day it is

Hey there. Its Sunday today .. at least in the country I am locating. Woke up rather late - its always that way on weekends. How late that was - when i woke up its time to take lunch ! The thing is, I was nearly up the whole night doing things i like doing on the net. Didn't realize that the sun was rising and its time to sleep. When I slept, everybody woke up and I continue sleeping.

In the evening it was raining very heavy. I am sure some parts of my town experienced flash flood. So I did not go out to town for the evening. Because when its flooding - there are usually traffic jams. And I hate being delayed.

Well another day had passed and here we go again to nextweek.

BTW, do you contribute articles to articles depository websites and they pay you. I dont mean those websites that buy your articles for $3 to $5 (or maybe more or less). And then they have the rights to do what they want. What I am getting is that this website will share you what it makes as profit basing on your articles contribution added by how many times your articles are read. Yes what i meant in my title - its good to be versatile.

If you have joined Netlog it means that you like making friends aka networking.

And most probably you also joined Myspace, FaceBook and numerous others.. because they are FREE to join.

If they are free to join , then how are they funded to run the service?

When number of members goes up to hundred of thousands or Millions (like myspace) it would defnitely require high cost to mantain the service running.

The answer is of course advertising. As a matter of fact they are so succesful running ads that thier surplus is actually in Millions of $$$.

Not too long ago I came across Mylot [ http://www.mylot.com/?ref=4xmyworld ]. As it is also FREE i decided to join but reckon that most probably dropped or remain active like most other programs i have joined.

But surprise, surprise, it pays members to be active ! They pay you everytime you post your discussion, reply to someone else, upload pictures, blog and many more activities you can do there. The people there are friendly as MyLot staff really control on the discussion created and replied. Anyone who are found negative could be deal with by having their account suspended or even banned.

You make money faster if you refer people and they join you in MyLot.

Yep it was... for the better part of the afternoon today.
Surely there are some parts of the city underwater causing jams.
We were on the komuter train visiting Mid Valley. The river and drains were surely full of murky water. As expected rubbish showed their faces everywhere.
The roads are jammed with cars. Dont think because of the rain but many are back from the Raya holidays.
Another day in paradise in KL city. Have a nice day.

Hi there...
anyone out there have experience with these auctions websites ?
Lots of stuff you can browse and choose from. Some are really dirt cheap below $1 !! Even RM1 for lelong.
It is new kind of world with these. Even for those who journey the internet, your mind just could not imagine the opportunities and possibilities to deal with these sites. Of course they are not the only 2.. plenty more.. but they seem to be the most popular out there.

What are your reasons for joining netlog ? Come on tell me .

For me and i think for most netloggers just like myspacers we have our hidden agenda... to make some money. there is always a way.
But it does not mean that i am blantantly confessing that why i joined netlog is for that only reason. there are a lot more.. its only one of them.

i am searching for Trinity. thats another reason. I think i found her already but then .. wonder why the silence this whole week. Holidays .. well perhaps.

Lift off

The rocket that house our first Cosmonaut finally lifted off around 9.15pm Malaysian time (if i am not mistaken )
But from the screen the Rocket does not look that big. Not like NASA's space shuttle or even the Apollos. ooooo and how they have to squeezed in the cockpit
Someone send sent an sms jokingly "kem salam to the Aliens (give regards to the Aliens)". In my mind i was thinking - where is Bruce Willis?
Too much watching Armagedon I guess.
Anyway all the best and godspeed bring them home safely.

Yes the news at 1.00pm stating that 20 deaths for yesterday daily total is what i say devastating. And 3 killer roads are located in Kelantan. Ohh my why is that ?
The worst case today (or yesterday statistic) was when 5 friends in a SUV died in an accident involving a heavy vehicle after coming back from a friend birthday party.
The solution in reducing or if not eliminating deaths on the road is in ourselves. If we can see that we can solve the issue.
We are after all having the one of the highest road fatalities in the world.
Take care when on the road.. thats all i can say to ya all.
As for me ... i fly.. but i can hit the trees.

It was raining in KL just now but it was that heavy. In smallville TV3 Clark's father finally died it was th 100th episode. What a sacrifice Clark had to make. To let a girl he can never be with to live for a father who raised him. Its like winning nothing but lossing everything.

I opened an acct with nelog. How is this different than Myspace. But i already see its advantages. well done hope i can be active in netlog for a long while. Cheers for now.
