Yep it was... for the better part of the afternoon today.
Surely there are some parts of the city underwater causing jams.
We were on the komuter train visiting Mid Valley. The river and drains were surely full of murky water. As expected rubbish showed their faces everywhere.
The roads are jammed with cars. Dont think because of the rain but many are back from the Raya holidays.
Another day in paradise in KL city. Have a nice day.
