my status alwasy seems to be off line.

It used to be that under your name in the top right you could select how your status was.

this was handy if you just wanted to pop onto to right a blog etc but didnt want to be chatted to as you could be seen as being offline if you chose

You can still change your status, but the icon has been moved to the bottom of your site. It's now combined with the Chat button.

pmsl.. that's what i have trouble with also!!!!!! I seem to save it in the wrong format, and therefore it doesnt fffing work!!!

Please, try to save your screenshot by using Paint program instead of the Word.

I noticed when i was chatting to a friend and the chat box was open, another friend popped online and i could only see half their name plus the Netlog message that they were online, the other half of their name was hidden behind the chat window

Can you please send us a screenshot showing the problem? Thank you in advance.

will do though may not be until tomorrow as im working till late tonight, just remind me too what format to save it as as i get it wrong every time
