Netlog Blog / Facebox becomes Netlog

A lot changed in one day: a new name, a bunch of new features, converting all our brands in one single platform, announcing the investment by Index Ventures ...



Our older sites, such as Redbox (Belgium, market leader for Dutch speaking community), Coolbox (Belgium, market leader for French speaking community) and Xobox (Switzerland, market leader for German speaking community) have been completely converted to the Netlog platform and brand name. Bingbox and Gentebox will start forwarding to Netlog in the next days.

We're also introducing a friendslog feature, allowing members to keep track of their friends' activity on Netlog. At a single glance you can check out the pictures, blogs, videos and comments posted by your friends. You'll also see their new friendships and be notified of birthdays.

The music section is also revamped, with more focus on bands and artists, and the ability to become a fan of your favorite artist.

Soon we'll be introducing more exciting features on Netlog such as an Events section. Enjoy!
