PROPOSAL FOR INVESTMENT

Dear friend, I have the honor to come close to you to let you know that I'll be there and happy to send the proposal to invest in your country. I'm Mrs. TASNOUMA BIZIMUNGU the wife of former armed forces chief of staff in Rwanda, my husband was the presidential adviser in charge of procurement of the former government, died in August 2002, he had serious political problems with government .. Before his untimely death, my husband had to earn money for an employment contract so I can not disclose the amount here because of my current problems. Very shortly after his death, I was threatened by the government under the contract had been awarded. The government wanted to re-award the contract to someone who is related to the presidency, but I say to the government that I knew nothing about it. because the money I reserve for the future of my children. And when the threat was no longer bearable, I decided to leave Rwanda, fearing for my life. I now live in exile in Britain in a refugee camp where I am writing this letter. I am a mother of three children (2 boys and 1 girl). my children are always in my country and I am very afraid that their also hurt. So I made my decision not to invest. I ask you for help and ideas on projects in which I can invest in your country with your cooperation. My husband had deposited his fortune in the financial security of a company based in Manchester City. I await your approval we can I agree on your win percentage and the amount of investment. I had planned six million (6.000000)euros for this project now I do not expect that your proposal.
