Perasaan Manusia Sukar Difahami

  • Haji Menuju ALLAH

    :) KETABAHAN SITI HAJAR

Hari demi hari berlalu. Akhirnya bekalan makanan telah kehabisan. Anak kecilnya mula menangis. Air susu sudah tiada lagi untuk diberikan. Siti Hajar memandang sekeliling.

    Bagaimana Mengatasi Kekecewaan?
    --------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------

    Fahami punca masalah

Jangan cuba menipu perasaan sendiri.

    Minta nasihat orang lain

    Luahkan perasaan, jangan disimpan
Perasaan kecewa samalah seperti tekanan perasaan.

    Biar pemikiran beransur-ansur mengatasi perasaan

    Tiada jalan pendek atasi kekecewaan

    Tanam keyakinan diri
Kekecewaan sering timbul dan berlarutan apabila kira kurang mempunyai keyakinan diri. Apabila kita kalah misalnya, kurang keyakinan diri menyebabkan kita rasa yang kita akan sentiasa kalah lagi. Ini menyebabkan kekecewaan kita sentiasa meningkat.

  • Check out your life!

:) There are just a few simple steps you can take to preserve your chances of staying healthy.

WE are all guilty, guilty of continuously neglecting our health, one way or another, even if we do not intend to.

Moms and dads spend long hours at work to finance the many obligations and bills. Teens forgo sleep to finish a project or school paper. We so often compromise our health to meet life’s daily necessities. Subsequently, we suffer from insufficient sleep and even pick up unhealthy diets along the way.

In our quest to strive for a better life, we often sacrifice our health and medical condition. Most of the time, people learn about their health and medical condition when it might already be too late to be treated. This goes to show why nearly 5%1 and 8%2 of the Malaysian population suffer from cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, respectively, and these numbers are increasing fast.

No matter how busy you might be, you should always make time for regular check-ups. Regular check-ups are a valuable tool in maintaining good health.

It’s normal for us to visit the doctor when we feel that there’s something wrong. But the thing is, not all symptoms of deadly illnesses can be easily felt and seen. Taking proper care of your health at the right time can prevent a lot of problems in the future. So appropriate tests should be done at the right time.

For instance, a woman who has breast cancer may never notice the small lump in her right breast until she takes some time to self-assess her breasts. We may think we’re perfectly fine until we unexpectedly breakdown and find out that we’re not in tip-top condition after all.

Aside from general health and medical check-ups, women have to undergo pap smears annually to prevent cervical cancer or diseases related to the reproductive system. It is also a must for women in their 40s to go for regular mammogram.

Pregnant and lactating mothers should also undergo pre- and post-natal check-ups. Health and medical experts also advice parents to bring their children to the doctor for necessary immunisations and proper healthcare.

Since regular health check-ups is indispensable, you should see to it that you have a family doctor. A family doctor is the one who holds all your medical records for future reference.

The main aim of a check-up is to detect illness at an early stage, or better still, prevent illness occurring in the first place. Younger people should undergo general medical check-ups with special attention on blood pressure or blood sugar to prevent the onset of heart diseases and diabetes.

In adults up to about 40 years, a check-up every two years is appropriate. Older adults should be seen every year.

Fitness and exercise is part of healthy living. The more times you work to improve your health, the better your chances are of surviving life in a much healthier environment.

Maintaining a healthy weight is also important to ensuring good health as it contributes to:

:) Improving your blood cholesterol levels, blood pressure and blood glucose levels.

:) Reducing your risk of heart disease and other health related problems.

:) Improving your self confidence and self esteem therefore giving you good mental health.

:) Making it easier to be physically active.

We also often pay little attention to another key element in preserving our health – nutrition!

Nutrition refers to the nurturing of your body with all the necessary food, vitamins, and minerals in a complete and balanced proportion in order to keep it healthy and functioning as it is supposed to do and to continue to thrive in our daily lives.

A balanced nutrition is consuming macronutrients, namely carbohydrate, fat, protein and water, in the right amounts with relation to your lifestyle while complete nutrition means making sure that your body gets all the important micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals. A complete and balanced supply of nutrition in your body is vital for:

    Supply of energy

:) Physical growth and cell maintenance

    :) Protection against diseases

As we start being responsible towards our own health, we also set an example to our family and friends, which speaks volumes to them about their own responsibilities in maintaining their health.

It also puts us in the right physical form and state of mind to lead happy and quality lives with our family and friends whilst getting the best out of every day.

You owe it to yourself to look after your health and the health of those closest to you. Many diseases are preventable, and early detection of a disease is more cost-effective than treating the disease itself. In short, prevention is better than care.

A basic health screening programme may include:

:) Full physical exam: Examine major body systems

:) Height and weight - calculate Body Mass Index (BMI): Healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9

:) Blood pressure: Recommended every two years for those above 18 years old. More frequently, high blood pressure is indicated. An ‘ideal’ blood pressure varies from 110/70 to 130/90 mmHg.

:) Pulse reading: Normal pulse rate is 72-80 beats per min, at rest

    :) Review of medical history

    :) Hearing test

    :) Vision examination

:) Skin examination: Visual inspection of skin for abnormal or pre-cancerous conditions.

:) Cervical cancer screening by PAP smear: Recommended every one to three years in all women who are or have been sexually active or those who are 21 years of age or older.

    :) Colorectal cancer screening

:) Breast cancer screening: Mammogram every one to two years for ages 40 to 49, every year for those above 50 years old.

    :) Blood Screening

:) ECG (Resting test or stress test)

    :) Urine Analysis

    :) Chest x-ray

:) Osteoporosis: Bone mineral density ages 65 and above, every two years.

  • Your 7 Days Program To Positive Thinking

"Enlightenment" Your 7 days Program To Positive Thinking

I'm sure you have a bright idea hidden somewhere in the back of your mind that you just can't wait to test out. Of course you're not the only one with the bright idea. So what motivates you to churn those creative, or even inspiring juices to its utmost flavor?

It's always best to set up a personal goal where you can accomplish the most in record time, maybe like mowing the lawn in an hour before the big game on TV. A correct and positive attitude in whatever you do will make things easier, and even enjoyable.

Here are some tips to make it through the week even if you're just sitting in your favorite couch. An idea takes time to form in your head and is always at work while you are busy sitting.

Having a bit of positive thinking can help you realize things that are never thought possible. Thinking big is indeed the Malaysian Way and that what made our country prosperous.

    1. Take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap. Action = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is void.

This is a perfect example where dreams are made of where you start by tinkering with your mind, then with your hands. And if the idea weakens, you can always go back to it later until you finish it.

    2. Commit to yourself as well as those you love to create powerfully a life you can love. Instead of reacting, commit to creating from your heart and soul, out of love rather than fear. The Malaysian Dream will always be there, but a dream will still be a dream without motion. Be amazed as the transformation begins.

    3. Recognize and embrace the thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Every time you hit on something that may appear too extreme, why not give it a shot and see if it will work. You will be surprised to see of there are other ways to get the task done in time. If you are not pleased with the outcome, decide to use that moment to learn from and make the appropriate shift.

    4. Dwell completely in a place of gratitude. Learn to utilize what you have in your hands and make use of it in the most constructive way. Slipping into neediness will become less of a habit when you repeatedly shift towards gratitude, away from poverty consciousness.

    5. Use a Passion Formula of Recognize/Reevaluate/Restore in place of the Shoulda/Woulda/Coulda whirlwind. The former is based in increased knowledge and abundance while the latter focuses on scarcity and lack. As you face people or tasks that may seem harder than scaling the summit of the Himalayas, allow yourself to realize that the task is just as important as giving out orders to your subordinates. You would rather be richly passionate!

    6. Keep humor at the forefront of thought, laughing at and with yourself when possible. You may find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up! I am yet to see a comedian ever go hungry even though his jokes are as 'old as great-grandma'. Life has so much to offer to allow you to mope around in self pity. Humor is very attractive, very passionate: life-giving.

    7. Believe that you are the architect of your destiny. No one can take your passionate future from you except for you! Create your life authentically. As long as there's still breath in your body, there is no end to how much you can accomplish in a lifetime. The concept of thinking big is all about enjoying your work, which would lead to celebrate a discovery that is born within your hands. Watch everything flow into place with perfect, passionate precision.

It's interesting how people get wallowed up by something trivial as learning to use a computer, when nowadays that top computer companies are manufacturing software that even the kids can do it. I don't mean to be condescending, but that's the idea of not having any positive thinking in your life-you'll just end up as a dim bulb in a dark corner. So instead of subjecting yourself to what you will be doomed for, make your path by taking the first step with a positive attitude.

  • Making Money Thru Currency Exchange

Many people don't know about the largest traded market in the world. Currently over 1.2 trillion dollars is traded on a daily basis in the forex market. Forex, or the foreign currency exchange market was a market that only large investors could play in and until just recently has become available to smaller investors.

For those of you that don't know, here is an example of how the forex market works. If one were to take a vacation to Europe from the United States , you would have to exchange your US dollars into the Euros. When you came back to the United States , you would then have to exchange your Euros back to US dollars. During the time you were on vacation market news may have caused the US dollar to strengthen against the Euro. Therefore, when exchanging your Euros back to US dollars, you may have made a bit of money.

What makes the forex arena so popular is the leverage one can use when trading in this market. Most brokers offer a 100:1 leverage. Traditionally a trader needs 100,000 US dollars or we say 1:1 leverage (trading cash). However, with 100:1 leverage, a currency trader is only required to deposit 1/100th of the amount needed, 1,000 US dollars. Some brokers offer as much as 400:1 leverage.

Learning how to trade forex and using the leverage available, it is very possible to make good money. However at the same time it's very possible to lose a lot of money. Approximately 95% of forex traders lose when they decide to play in the forex market. There are many reasons for this, your psychology, discipline, greed and fear will have a major impact to your trading success.

When looking at the forex market, the price is constantly changing every second. Forex traders measure the price fluctuation in pips also known as the minimum fluctuation or smallest increment of price movement. One pip could be $1, $5, $50, or $100, whatever you decide to risk on each trade.

Using good money management with a well thought out plan can easily turn into profits in the forex arena. Learning to cut your losses and let your winners run is the key to success. A simple money management system to follow is to always look to win 3 times the amount you plan to lose. Yes, you will lose and it's important to accept losses when trading. For example, if you set a stop-loss to 10 pips, you need to look to win 30 pips. If you set a stop-loss to 20 pips, then you need to look to win 60 pips. This way you only have to be right 33% of the time to be profitable in this market.
