One of my friends on netlog is taking part in "Race For Life" on 13th July 2008
to raise money for Cancer Reaseach. laurax1971

She is hoping to raise £200. I am appealling to all my members here at "hook up"
to help out with this worthy couse, with what ever donation you can afford to give.

If you look at the site of laurax1971 she has written up full details and details of how you can donate some money. I myself have put in a starter of £5 to get her money
over the 14 way mark.(over £50). With a little help for my clan i'm sure we can
push this over the half way mark.(£100) I have afterall 600 members. Come on everyone, i am pleading with you to help her out. Any of you with credit or debit cards can do this here on netlog and i assure you the process was completely painless.

All i ask is if you can afford a pound or 2, it will be greatly appreiciated. my own mum died of cancer, so i have first hand experience what your money means to so many people and to Cancer Reasearch in particular.
