First off i'd like to thank every one that stopped by to give me their support and suggestions. Thank you! All your messages were taken to heart.
So last monday i bought a pack of 25's and stuck to a plan that i would only have one cigarette every three hours. We can't smoke in company trucks here so that helped quit abit! And i limited myself to one cig on the drive to work and one on the way home from work.
So in short i did really good! Damn proud that a pack of cigarettes lasted me almost three days when it would only last me a day not even a week ago! But from thursday till right now it has gotten worse. Even though a pack is lasting me a little more than a day now i'm still not happy.
Right now i have a little over a half pack left and once their done i'm gonna try "cold turkey". Keep your fingers crossed for me all!

:)

every little bit helps you know, and its hard, so if you need to stop and restart dont beat yourself up, yours still trying, and while your trying it all counts. matt is right though you do need something to replace what you would of done, chew gum, eat toffees, something to take away the physicality of the addiction, although replacing it with something more healthy would be better lol.

well done though.. your doing really well.

One thing you gotta consider when kicking a habit: What replaces it?
With ciggies the motion is a psychological addiction that reinforces the physical addiction to the nicotine or tobacco. If you can work out a way to keep yourself busy in a way that reduces stress and improves you in some way you'll replace your smoking habit easier, faster and in a far more beneficial way. :)

Still, making good progress so far man! Way to go! :)
