I ve had the same problem. What it is is that the person that has sent you a pm has then deleted their profile or had it deleted it's a pain in the ass.

its happened to me alot of times too.. I wouldnt bother contacting the helpdesk since they are friggin useless

god the amount of times that has happened to me, the trouble is when it does happen ive tried to email netlog to find out why and i dont get much sense out them i dont think they know what they are doing half the time, you could wait weeks for a reply.

i dont think i ever got to read the messages that was sent to me tho

you could always try and get in contact with netlog and see if you can get any sense from them all i can say is good luck xx
