yes know the feeling was on 3 times per day and having to take a day off to do the housework but getting sidelined by here, use Tagged more now too which is silly, though not an impressive site i do have friends on there that have had to leave here

Yup, been there. The internet will eat all your life if you let it.
The only defense is to take stock of how much time your online, and cut it completely for a short while before returning in a shortened capacity. Say, as time as you gave when you first got it connected, that is how much time you should give always.

It will save some immense problems later.

Hope you get your psyche back to normal soon.
