I'm not a perfect person
There's many things I wish I didn't do
But I continue learning

And my nights as a sweet girl with fresh flower hairs of ethic
But I still didn’t know

Kenapa ye..?
Bila tiba-tiba aku teringatkan dia,
Selalu fikir tentang dia?
Ish..mabuk ke aku? Hmm..Rasanya masih waras..
Atau aku hanya bermimpi? Tapi takkan sepanjang hari..
Atau aku dah jatuh cinta?
Aduh.. tentu mustahil..
Kalau bukan semua itu..
Atas alasan apa?
Memang aku selalu ingat, fikir dan
rindukan dia...
Ish.. apa ni? Takkan lah kot..
Mainan perasaan.. mungkin..
Untuk jadi kenyataan, tidak sekali-kali
Sebabnya...
Dia cuma "Hero Komik"

Menguruskan Stress
Berikut adalah beberapa teknik untuk mengatasi stress :
1. Mengawal persekitaran dengan mengawasi siapa dan apa yang ada disekeliling kita.
2. Memberi ganjaran kepada diri sendiri di atas segala usaha yang telah dilakukan.
3. Tenangkan fikiran dari stress dengan menarik nafas panjang dan berfikir tentang perkara positif.
4. Bersenam sekuran-kurangnya 15-30 minit, tiga (3) kali seminggu.
5. Sedar akan perubahan diri atau tanda-tanda awal anda sedang stress seperti insomnia, sakit kepala, kebimbangan, kurang kosentrasi dan lain-lain.
6. Makanlah diet yang seimbang. Elakkan mengambil makanan yang tinggi kandungan lemak dan gula. Tidak bergantung kepada dadah dan alkohol.
7. Belajarlah untuk menggembirakan diri sendiri. Kajian menunjukkan orang yang sentiasa hidup gembira, dapat hidup lebih lama, kurang masalah fizikal dan lebih produktif. -

Dia punya Kenangan Terindah,
Yang tidak dapat dilupakan dengan mudah.
Walaupun hatinya sering derita,
Meskipun hatinya sering kecewa,
Kerana Kenangan Terindah itu.
Setiap saat dan ketika,
Kenangan Terindah mengintai ruang ingatan,
