Almost without exception all Indonesians see Bali as being the place they would wish to live, not just to holiday, this in my head makes Bali a hotspot in the global map of financial activity. Indonesians are getting richer and therefore many can now achieve their aspirations. Bali can be a small Island and cannot possibly sustain a really growth spurt as it is, this makes an expense in Bali a promising approach as their infra-structure require a serious upgrade to help secure this growth. But advancing only the elite are able to come here to live as this will be dictated to by this free market concept, producing investment here a one way street.

So for my money I might encourage the rating agencies to trust seriously about supporting such places as Bali as where else can they go.... Portugal?

Think about this; in the region where wealth is actually generated, The far east, India or anything else.. how long will the idea be before jumbo jets filled with Chinese or Indian tourists start to grace these tropical coast line. The odds are about this place as a mecca associated with opportunity. Bali so desperately must have investment for its infra-structure whether it is to accommodate what may be the inevitable rise in demand.

Bali without exception provides some very attractive properties to rent or buy; these kinds of properties are a testament to your excellent style and creativity of the Balinese people. Take a glance at www. theleadingvillasofbali. com, http: //www. thevillas-bali. com and also www. bookingvillasinbali. com and even www. budgetvillasinbali. com, you will easily see the style and sheer richness that this Island provides they are simply stunning and then a great example of this free market economy.

I now live full time in Indonesia, moving lock stock and barrel from the UK - Last week I had to travel to Jakarta to pass my relevant authenticity documents on the receiving shippers, so that they can process the clearance by way of customs of my shipment from the UK. During this trip We flew to Jakarta from Bali over the first available, the airfare arrived into T3 Jakarta with approx 10; 15 Jakarta period. I was greeted at the airport by a clerk from the shipping firm, he relieved me of all my documents, to be returned to me later that day. I then found a cosy destination to wait for the a long time that this process might take before my documents were returned.

On this occasion I had no need to travel to down town Jakarta when i had spent the vast majority of last 16 years in and out of this city, not least May possibly lived here for 6 months of this year.

In my period of tenure within Jakarta I have seen this city morph to a sophisticated metropolis, many skyscrapers now dress the skyline. In 1995 when i first arrived here; the city was only then becoming a modern day city, it is now awash with facilities that you would expect from your country of some 250M people in the modern enlightened place. Jakarta today is a far cry from your Jakarta of some twenty years ago, it's now a pleasure to visit, although I have to say, it held a unique quaintness even back then, nevertheless to live here need been a different story.
