  • Inspiring musical talents,anyone?

    Hi there,
Somebody can tell me that when you are someone new in that field, it is going to take sometime before people trust you doing those jobs. For example, driving…finally I have my own driving license, thank you LORD what a perfect timing. However, it is going to take my parents sometime before they may officially declare that I am an amazing careful and skilled driver...but that time will come, well I hope. Anyway, today I bought the Martina McBride album’s Martina. There are some wonderful inspirational songs actually I think all of them. Great to find some artists who know why they are in that industry. Listening through her songs, it made me glad that she really has a mission… the reflections of this beautiful life and inspiring young girls. It makes me remember what Nichole Nordeman says, that as a songwriter sometimes we are too compel to talk about ourselves. Yeah, so thank you God because both artists look into this world matters, how sometimes people just need to hear the spoken kindness, hearing the truth that God loves them, that they are people in greater need than ourselves, that they are people suffering and we can't just turn our back, that you don’t have to exaggerate small matters and that life is a blessing. Bless these people, and God bless you guys!:)

  • I AM by NN

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXCXEb1Qupg
    I Am

Pencil marks on a wall, I wasn’t always this tall
You scattered some monsters from beneath my bed
    You watched my team win
    You watched my team lose
You watched when my bicycle went down again
And when I was weak, unable to speak
Still I could call You by name
And I said, Elbow Healer, Superhero
    Come if you can
    You said, I Am

Only sixteen, life is so mean
What kind of curfew is at 10pm?
    You saw my mistakes
    And watched my heart break
Heard when I swore I’d never love again
And when I was weak, unable to speak
Still I could call You by name
And I said, Heartache Healer, Secret Keeper
    Be my best friend
    And You said, I Am

You saw me wear white by pale candlelight
I said forever to what lies ahead
Two kids and a dream, with kids that can scream
Too much it might seem when it is 2am
And when I am weak, unable to speak
Still I will call You by name
    Shepherd, Savior, Pasture Maker
    Hold onto my hand
    You say, I Am

The winds of change and circumstance blow in and all around us
So we find a foothold that’s familiar
And bless the moments that we feel You nearer

When life had begun, I was woven and spun
You let the angels dance around the throne
And who can say when, but they’ll dance again
When I am free and finally headed home
I will be weak, unable to speak
Still I will call You by name
    Creator, Maker, Life Sustainer
    Comforter, Healer, my Redeemer
Lord and King, Beginning and the End

    I Am
    Yes, I Am

  • What fine grace is this..

    1st May 06
    Hi there, happy new month!!
Where did I put all that blog words I’ve written in my laptop?! I don’t know where it is but never mind about that. My life still goes on with many (I mean really many…) interesting things I can write about. So where do I start anew? Ahh…the grace of God.
Yes, I’m going to talk about that grace. It seems that often I don’t live up to be the person I wanted me to be or maybe just what I thought I should be. You know like having the nicest branded clothing, the cosiest and most beautiful home, perfect parents (who will shower you with lots of gift, money and agree with you all the times), perfect grades all through my school years, the latest Nokia gadget and many others physical things I would hope you to see (maybe you will well maybe you don’t hehe:) ). I just don’t know the exact when or how God taught me to be content with my life, well He did. God’s grace came to me and I found that you can just be truly happy and content when you meet this beautiful saviour and give about your daily lives to Him. I therefore in the process of becoming an individual who is pleasing to Him rather than satisfying worldly expectations. Now, don’t misread me…I’m not saying you shouldn’t have all these. I’m saying if you look at another country experiencing starvation, wars, poverty etc isn’t it God’s grace for us to be able to eat everyday in peace? So, because of this grace, I shouldn’t worry at all the ‘imperfections’ in my life, if I present my best, if I have nice clothes, home, family, education, friends….I just then need to be thankful.
