Hello my fellow Netloggers and friends!!
Sorry I haven't been around much lately, my puter was in the shop again, plus I've been busier than a one legged man in a ass kicking contest!! 
Hope ya all survived without me! lol
My blog today is about that certian group of people on here, known as the drama junkies! I'm sure most of you know who they are, so I'm not gonna name names! They drive me f*cking nuts! One person on here in particular really drives me up the wall! Like 3 months ago, he broke up with his gf! Now anyone with a normally functioning brain would realize, hey, maybe if I back off a little bit, give her some time to sort out her thoughts, maybe sometime down the road, we can get back together! But if not, I'm moving on! This guy is obcessed with spreading bullshit about her to anyone who can stand listening to him! He even spotlights his lies so he can tell people he doesn't evem know how abused he is! WTF is he hoping to accomplish?? He think if he slams her enough, causes her to lose some friends on here, makes her life a living hell, that one days she'll say " Gee I sure miss having that guy around" and want him back?? I don't understand! In my book, the best way to get back at an ex is to find someone new, and make yer ex think yer happier than you've ever been in your life! But I guess some people are too frigging stubborn and stupid to realize that! Life is too short to waste is on this shit! But I don't ever see him changing! He'll keep pissing and moaning to anyone who will listen! He wants to waste his life away being a dick, more power to him I guess!! Maybe when he's 65 and alone, he'll realize he pissed away most of his life acting like a little kid! Hell, the only thing he hasn't done is go post it on a damn billboard along the interstate so people who don't know what netlog is can listen to his shit! Grow the fuck up, get a life!!
I'm also getting real tired of these people who have several different accounts on here, different nicnames, and they have nothing better to do with their lives than try to start a big fight by talking to one person under a nicname, then switching to a different nicname, going to the other person, and saying, " Gee look what so and so said about you!" I have a few people I know on here who used to be inseperable friends, but some Netlog asshole decided they couldn't stand it, so made it a mission to get them mad at each other! Congrats asshole, it worked! Hope it was worth it! Hope ya got whatever cheap thrill ya wanted out of it! I only have one account and one nicname on here! If someone likes me, that's great! If not, feel free to kiss my shiny white ass!! I ain't gonna lose any sleep over it! I sure as hell aint gonna play 2 people against each other either! That's 2nd grade on the playground shit! Some people NEVER grow up!
Well, I guess I'm done for now. got some stuff to do, cause unlike some of these drama junkies on here, I have a life!! Catch ya peeps later -

Last night, I was taking a crew to Childress, Tx, we stopped at a truckstop for a pee and food break! I grabbed some stuff, got in line behind this gal who had a little daughter, who was like 3 years old, blond hair, just cute as she could be! In front of them, they had a big plastic barrell full of ice and Vanilla Cokes, and had a buy one, get one free sign on it! As the line toward the register slowly moved, ya could see the lil girl keep looking at the barrell, and I knew it was only a matter of time before she'd be wanting her mom to get her one! A few minutes goes by, finally the little girl reaches up, tugs on her mom's shirt, and says " Mommie, can we get some VAGINA Coke?? " 
I had just taken a sip out of my fountian drink,and I busted out laughing, ended up with pop flying out of my nose and mouth! roflmao There were like 10 people behind me, and they all were laughing their asses off, and I sttod there coughing and choking, laughing at the same time! Her mom turned about 30 shades of red, and quickly corrected her daughter, " It's vanilla coke honey!" she said! " Oh sorry Mom, I thought it said va*" and her mom quickly covered her mouth before she said it again! lmao!!
By this time, my orneryness had kicked in, and I said, " Wow, I thought maybe Coke had come up with a new flavor!"
Everybody busted out laughing again, and the gal gave me this bite me look, and quickly hurried her little daughter out of the store!
I guess it's true what they say, out of the mouths of babes! lmao

Back home in Texas
Hello my fellow Netloggers and friends! I Hope you're all having a good weekend! I'm back in Texas now, trying to get things back to normal! I sincerely thank all of you for your continued support! Means alot!
My flight landed in Denver around 9 pm Friday night, and my friend Leonard was there waiting for me at the gate, which was cool, cause we hadn't seen each other in like 3 years, just talked on the phone! We drove to his house, and I was just about ready to retire for the night, when the phone rang! Leonard answered it, talked for a few minutes, then he called me over to the phone! It was Scott's wife Brenda! After talking to her for a few minute, she asked me if I could speak at Scott's funeral! I was kinda taken aback, wasn't really expecting that request, but I figured if it would make her happy, then I'd do it! I was pretty nervous, cause public speaking isn't one of my strong suits, I'm better at writing my thoughts! She told me that when she and Scott were dating, Scott told her I could always make him laugh, so she wanted me to come up with something funny, lighten the mood a little bit! I went to bed, and laid there staring up at the cealing, racking my brain, trying to figure out what to say without making a fool of myself! lol Morning came, and we all piled in Leonards van to go to the funeral home! I still had no clue what I was gonna say, lol figured I'd wing it! It seemed like an eternity, but finally it came my time to speak! I walked over to the podium in a cold sweat, trying to figure out what to do!lol It felt like I was swallowing a baseball, but I swallowed the lump in my throut, talked about his love of astronomy! Then I said that Brenda requested a funny story, so here goes! lol
Scott's dad, when we were kids, decided to build a toolshed out in the backyard! The neighbor kid Barry was hanging around, and he was always a know it all! He was giving Scott's dad tips o how to do the shed, and Scotts dad had just about all he could take of it! He gives Scott and I a ornery wink, digs into his pocket, pulls out a $10 bill, hands it to Barry, says that he cut one of the boards too short, he needs Barry to go to the hardware store, and buy him a board stretcher!! ! Barry takes the $$ and Scott and I looked at each other like this is gonna be good! We all hop on our bikes, and follow Barry into the store!
I looked up from the podium, saw Scott's dad sitting there, and he looked like he was bout ready to fall on the floor laughing cuase he knew what was coming!
Barry is walking up and down the aisles, determined to find the board stretcher, and Scott and I are following him trying not to bust a gut laughing! Finallt Barry had covered the whole store, still ahdn't come across the board stretcher! lmao He walks over to this clerk, taps hi on the shouler, asks him where the board stretchers are! That pushed Scott over the edge, and he fell on the floor laughing, with me right after that! Barry knew he'd been had! roflmao By the time we got back, Scott's dad had finished up the shed, and was standing there with a big grin on his face! To this day, I still don't know if his dad ever got that $10 back! lol
Guess people liked the story cause a bunch of people thanked me afterwards! Hopefully, Scott had gathered a bunch of angels around, and said, here, listen to this story! lol
Wish I could have stayed longer, but gotta work to pay the bills ! Thanks again to everyone for the support! Means alot! I love you guys!! -

Hello my fellow Netloggers and friends! I hope you are all doing well, and smiling at life! Weekend is here, so that should help too!
I wanted to sincerely thank all of you from the bottomof my heart for being there for me the last couple days! It's been rough, but I'm glad I had great freinds like you to pick me up, and dust me off again! I'll be alright, just gonna take a little time getting used to not having him around! We were friends since we were in kindergarten, so I knew him almost all my life! I'll miss him!
I have to fly to Colorado for the funeral tomorrow, that'll probably be the hardest part! Right now, it hasn't fully sunk in, gonna be tough to see the casket! I guess his family decided to have a closed casket with his picture on top of it, cause Scott wanted people to remember what he looked like before he got sick! Can't say I can blame him for that!
I'll miss you all, and look forward to catching up with everybody when I get back! I love you guys! I gotta get some sleep, as I gotta catch a flight out of Ft Worth tonight! Hope ya all have a great weekend! I'll probably be back online Sunday night or Monday morning, depending on how I feel! Thanks again all! Much appreciated! -
Another Star in the Sky! Tribute to my friend Scott
Hello my fellow Netloggers and friends! Yesterday was a very sad day for me
! Last night, around 7 pm, my friend Scott passed away! Last month, he had started having terrible headaches, went to the dr.s, who found out that he had an unopperable brain stem tumor! They told him he had about 6 weeks, he passed away after 4 ! He was 42 years old, left behind a wife, and 6 year old daughter!
One thing I always admired about Scott, was he had a real passion for astronomy! I remember back when we were little kids, I'd stay overnight at his house, he'd set up a little pup tent in the back yard, and he'd have his prized possesion set up too, his telescope! We'd stay up till all hours of the night looking at stuff with his telescope! It just looked like a bunch of stars to me, but he knew all there was to know about them! He could tell ya all about the planets, the galaxies, and everything! I used to tease him all the time, said if he ever got on Jeapordy, and the catagory was Astronomy, he'd be kicking some serious ass! lol I'll hate astronomy for $2000 Alex! lol
It was always his dream to become an astronaut, fly off into space, but he'd always been plagued with health problems, no way he could have passed the training they have to go through! But he didn't let it get him down! If ya wanted to see him smile, show him a night sky full of stars! He was usually a quiet guy, but once ya got him talking about astronomy, you couldn't get in a word edgewise! lol He really loved it! He was a big Star Trek fan too, had all the dvds, and he could watch them old reruns with the enthusiasm like he'd never seen it before! He even went to a Trekkies conventions once, got a autographed picture from Leonard Nemoy!
He had been born with a heart defect, had to have a heart transplant when he was 15! I remember being in his room before he was ready to be wheeled off for surgery! We were making small talk, when he looked at me and said " If I die, I want God to make me a star! " "Why's that?" I asked him! " Well, I'll never be able to score the winning touchdown at a football game, I'll never hit a 3 pointer at the buzzer , I've never done anything to make people stop and say wow, look at that! If I was a bright star, maybe people would look up and say wow, look up there!"
After I got off the phone , I decided I needed to get out for a while, so I hoppen in my van, drove out into the country down the backroads! I pulled over on the side of the road, crawled up on the hood, and leaned back against the windshield! I looked up at the heavens! It was a beautiful night, not a clowd in the sky, a million stars twinkling in the night sky! It just seemed fitting that one the night he passed, it was a night he would have loved!
Rest in peace dear friend!! I love you bro!! -

I hope ya all are doing well, and smiling at life! I know it's kind of hard to do on a Monday! lol Also sorry bout the weekend! I forgot to sign out on here, so it left me online all weekend! I wasn't gnoring anybody, just had a brainfart! lol
I called my friend Leonard this morning, and he told me bout what happened to him over the weekend! He had just built a big family room onto his house with a big fireplace in it! He called his brother, and they took his brothers pick up to go geta trucklaod of wood for the fireplace! They get it all loaded up, get it home, made a big pile inside the gate by the back yard! He took like 15 logs, took em inside, put them in the metal holder, and life was good! He decided to wait til in the morning to try out the new fireplace, and everyone went to bed! Next morning, Leonard hears his 6 year old daughter let out a blood curdling scream from down in the family room! He runs downstairs to see what she screamed about, and there is THOUSANDS of little red ants all over the floor, the furniture, and the walls Seems that the ants had decided to my the logs a good place to hibernate for the winter, then with the heat inside the house, they all woke up! lmao!! So he had to go rent a hotel room for the weekend, cause the exterminator couldn't come til this morning! lol Don't know if I'll ever be able to go to Leonards house without getting the heebie geebies, and start feeling like something is crawling on me! lol Kinda makes me glad I don't have a fireplace! lmao

Last night, I was taking a crew to Teague, Tx. We're driving through Ft. Worth, and we see this early 80's style Lincoln Continental ahead of us! It had a custom purple and black paint job, fancy little wheels, had the hydrolics on it to make it a low rider! The windows were tinted so dark, ya could have drove nekked and nobody would have seen ya! lol Had 2 Mecican flags on the side of it, and the stereo cranked so loud ya swore they were gonna be deaf in there! They decided to impress everyone, hit the hydrolics, made the car go real low and back up again! Couple of the guys in the van were commenting on what a hot car it was! Right behind the hot rod, sits this guy on a harley, waiting for the light to change! The guys in the Lincoln start revving the engine, then it happened! lol This HUGE clowd of smoke comes flying out of the back of the car ! It looked like that car that John Candy drove in the movie Uncle Buck! lmao The biker disappeared in a clowd of smoke, then emerged a second later coughing and choking as the Lincoln took off! Man, that had to be nasty 
! The guy on the bike turned the corner, whether he wanted to or not, just to get out of the line of fire! lol I guess with the windows tinted so dark, they couldn't see that smoke or something! The guys in the van are laughing their asses off! Here these guys spend probably $2000 on a custom paintjob, probably atleast another $1500 on the wheels and tired, plus whatever they spend on the car stereo, and the hydrolics probably ran em a couple grand more atleast! They spared no expence on decorating the car, but they wouldn't spend $300 to get the oil leak fixed! We drove for about 3 miles, and ya could tell the Lincoln had been there, just from the smoke and the smell!! Hell, I've smelled dump trucks that smelled better than that car! lol Wonder if they put built in oxygen masks inside the car incase the fumes overtake them? lol Think I'll stick with my cheap little van! lol Might not have all the toys, but it gets me where I wanna go! lol

Dropping Like Flies
Good morning my fellow Netloggers and friends! I hope that you are all doing well, and smiling at life! Weekend is just around the corner, so that should help a little!
There seems to be an I'm leaving Netlog bug going around, and alot of people seem to be getting it! I know I got bit by it a couple times myself! I don't understand what's going on here! When I first got here, back when it was Facebox, the place was hopping!! There were always interesting posts, and lots of cool people to talk to! There were times I couldn't wait to get online, hell I'd sign on before I ever checked my e-mail or anything! I had a ball on here! Now it seems that Netlog is on life support or something! You are lucky if ya have more than 2 or 3 friends online at the same time! I don't know if they all got tired of the spammers on here, and the perverts who seem to ooze under the door or what! In the last 4 days, 7 people I know have closed their accounts, and several more are considering it! I know when I was considering it, it just seemed like no one cared what I wrote in a blog or had to say! I'm sure alot of the people leaving feel the same way! I sure hope this thing turns around soon, cause it can be a fun site, but we all have to work together to make it work! Maybe we all need to try a little harder to make people feel welcome on here! I hope we can, cause this is a fun site when it works!

Some things NEVER change!
Good morning my fellow netloggers and friends who even bother to read this! As many views as I've had lately, probably not too many! Starting to think it's time for me to find a different site to go to, cause I must have worn out my welcome here! I've bout had my fill!
In the last week, I'm left comments on peoples blogs, and can count the number of responces I've gotten back on one hand, and not use up all my fingers! Hell, if it's to damn much for them to send a little reply, say thank you, or even acknowledge I said anything, why the hell don't they just click the little do not allow comments button, cause they obviously don't give a shit what I have to say!
Added some new friends lately too, which is code for I'll never hear from them again, which seems to be the way roughly 70% of my friends on here are! Why even add someone if you're just gonna disappear and ignore anything they send to ya? I don't understand!
But it's not like it's ever gonna change, so I guess maybe the site I hang out in will!! Thank you to my friends who have always been there, I appreciate ya all! If I leave, I'll let ya all know by e-mail or messanger! -

Last night, I'd just gotten off work, was ready to hit the bed and die for a while, when the phone rang! I looked at the clock, kinda late, so I figured it was probably my dispatch calling me for something! I answered the phone, and my lil sis is on the other end! It had been a while since I'd talked to her since we both work weird hours, so was kinda cool to hear from her! She's rattling like 1000 miles per hour, she was so excited! I was like slow down, take a breath, trying to keep up here! LMAO!! Then she told me that her bf Steve had proposed to her last night, and she accepted! !! They had been dating for almost 4 years, were living together, much to the chagrin of my mom, who doesn't believe in that sort of thing! lol She was starting to kind of get a little discouraged because Steve wasn't making much of a move toward taking the next step in the relationship! She hadn't said much to him, becuase he's always been there for her, and he's more of a dad to her kids than her ex ever was!! He also treats her right, which is a direct oppisite of her ex! He was a control freak, treated her like one of the kids, and in most catigories in life, he'd be classified as a waste of skin!! In a way, I'm hoping that her ex is stupid enough to come around and try to give her some shit after he finds out, cause he's never met Steve before! Steve is like 6"5, 315 lbs and I'm sure he would be quite happy to give her ex the complete ass kicking he so richly deserves!
My parents are pretty happy, but Dad's already switched into the "Aw shit, what's this gonna cost me? " mode, but he'll come around! So I gotta save some vacation time back for whenever they set the date, so I can go back to Nebraska, so I can be part of the festivities! Plus I reminded her that I still owed her for the decorating job she and others did on my car when I got married, so it's payback time! roflmao (covers up horns)
