Well it's been 3 weeks,thought i would try and experiment so i smoked 8 tabs yesterday to see if i still wanted to smoke or not,the good news is that i'm not smoking ever again,it's foul!!! plus it's horrible stinking of smoke too,not a good look for a nice lass like me

Operation quitting smoking plea
Well i'm into Day 2 of operation quitting smoking and I'm a bit on edge at the minute.
Has anyone got any tips to stop me feeling on edge and to cope without having to use patches or gum,at the moment i am not using the patches and I want to stay that way,if anyone has any ideas please message me,thanx -
Lack of internet
Hi everybody,
Just to let everyone know that if u send me a message and i don't reply,our laptop isn't working at the minute so I can't go online obviously,the only way i can use internet is by going to my local library,sorry but u will all just have 2 be patient,lol!!!.

why can life be so shit sometimes.just when u think u have things sorted out and are feeling good about things again,sum one throws a spanner in the works and screws things up all over again not to mention playing with your head.

I'm in pain at the minute as i had a bone marrow biopsy yesterday and it hurt like hell,i can barely walk!,just have to rest the next couple of days which is totally crap!
